Caroline is a nerd who has explored client care from both sides of the fence. With over 30 years experience working within Financial services, Caroline has worked in various administration/managerial roles while also qualifying as a Financial & Mortgage Adviser. Her heart told her she prefers to look after clients needs from the sideline rather than advise and we’re delighted to have her as our Client Services Manager heading up our administration department.

That caring streak shone brightly when Caroline took a break from financial services to work with the East of England Ambulance Service and St John’s Ambulance Service looking after patients, which she found really fulfilling.

When not at work Caroline enjoys taking her Miniature Schnauzer, Maddie on long walks enjoying everything that the countryside has to offer. She also loves a good pub lunch just don’t feed her any fish!
